 Defeat Abortion Extremists!

Pro-life women from across the country are hitting the road to expose President Obama’s abortion record – and that of his extreme team! Across Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio, Virginia and Florida, women will be speaking out, calling on voters to defeat President Obama — and those Senators and Senate candidates that seek to rubber-stamp his extreme abortion agenda — at the ballot box!

  •  Expanding taxpayer funding of abortion under the guise of “health care” through Obamacare.
  • Forcing taxpayers to underwrite the nation’s #1 abortion business, Planned Parenthood.
  • Refusing to defend baby girls from the lethal discrimination of sex-selective abortion.
  • Exporting taxpayer funding of abortion overseas to nations like China who practice forced late-term abortions.

…President Obama’s record on abortion is extreme…and must be exposed!

Come out to meet the bus! SBA List’s former Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave and international pro-life activist, nurse Jill Stanek will be joined by special pro-life women guests along the way – keep checking back for more info!

Fortnight for Freedom

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to let you all know about these very important events happening this month leading up to the 4th of July. Fort Night for Freedom is a vigil leading up to the 4th of July celebrating our religious freedoms and fasting, praying, and being active so as to preserve those same freedoms. For more information check here http://www.usccb.org/issues-and-action/religious-liberty/fortnight-for-freedom/index.cfm at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops website.

For information about events going on in our diocese check here: http://www.ptdiocese.org/article.asp?ID=273

In particular, I have been invited by Fr. Doug at St. Paul to share that June 23 at 12:00pm they will be hosting an afternoon of prayer, song and reflections, with a special guest speaker: Rebecca Kiessling. We are encouraged to attend, so please come and enjoy. For more information about Mrs. Kiessling check here: http://www.rebeccakiessling.com/index.html

God bless you!

Smoking in the Square March 2-3

Hello everyone,

To let everyone know and call forth all volunteers, on March 2nd and 3rd the Knights of Columbus are hosting “Smoking in the Square” in Downtown Pensacola’s Seville Square. It’s a chili cook off, and there will be a lot of people there. Florida Teens for Life has been offered a free table set up for us to pass out Pro-Life information and show our faces as youth who stand for life. Please, and as soon as possible, contact me ([email protected]) if you are able volunteer some of your time on that Saturday or Sunday to relax with some friends and speak to people will be coming up and asking us questions. It will be a great way to practice what we just learned at the Apologetics Training too. We need an ample number of volunteers spaced throughout the day so we have a few people there at a time, so once again let me know if you are able to.

Thanks so much and God Bless,

Teens Looking Forward

Happy Sunday Everyone,
Thanks to everyone for attending last Friday’s Pro-Life Rosary Party. We had a good turn out and a successful night. Thanks to Danielle for bringing the October Baby preview for us (and for the cookies, my favorite kind too). What a great Pro-Life movie! We are looking into going as a group to see it sometime near its premier on March 23, but those details are still pending.

Our next event is coming up soon though. This Saturday, February 18th, Aaron Chatraw will be leading us in a Pro-Life Apologetics workshop. This is going to be a great experience for both our most experienced and our newest members, because we all know how hard it can be, especially as teens, to answer those hard questions we’re all faced with as Pro-lifers.

For details and directions, please contact me ([email protected]). We are hosting this event at the Langevins’ house which is out near the fairgrounds. So if you need a ride please let me know as well and we’ll try our best to get you there. Thanks to everyone.

God bless and thanks again,

“The Pill Kills”

This is really interesting and striking information brought again to my attention, thanks to Mrs. Kathleen. It’s really important that we realize that contraception is an issue that runs as deep as abortion and even deeper. When we say yes to contraception, the next step is saying yes to abortion. Check out http://thepillkills.org/ to find out more about how birth control and all forms of contraception kill not only babies, but also women, the environment and this year’s focus: marriage. Thanks everyone. I hope you all get a chance to look at this and that you take that chance.
